Benefits for Employees
Besides working in a cooperative you can get the benefit of student loan forgiveness for many types of Federal Direct Subsidized and Unsubsidized loans. Not all loans are eligible for forgiveness, so one of our employees will examine your loans and let you know which ones qualify for this program.

The cooperative structure of CHR lends itself to helping those in the healthcare field who want to serve the public while in private practice. We make it possible to give the services and get the benefits without sacrificing your economic future. Student loan forgiveness through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program is available after 120 months of qualified employment. Our organization insures that you will get qualification within 6 months of your hire date barring any delays by the department of education or your student loan processor. Example 2024 temporary hold on the processing of applications.

You do not need to be a clinician to work for CHR and get student loan forgiveness. You can work as a recruiter and or fundraiser helping get free and reduced fee care to the public and qualify. Recruiting includes finding clinician's to deliver the care our mission seeks. Our cooperative organization structure will put you in contact with clinicians making your search simple.
